Ravi Singh, RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant # R524903) and a member in good standing with ICCRC, graduated from UBC in Immigration Law, Policies and Procedures. He founded Immi To Can Consultancy with a vision to help people successfully achieve their Canadian immigration goals.

Bill C-35, an  Act that amends the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), making it an offence for anyone other than an authorized representative to conduct business, for a fee or other consideration, at any stage of an application or proceeding, came into force June 30, 2011.
